What is live in this test: real tracking (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity), full click-to-form-submit capture with gclid, click-to-call, and the social "tap to play" mechanism. Patient before/after photos are real; lifestyle/Marianne photos and the curated social posts get added when we port the winning design to GoHighLevel.

How the test works: we run all three, each mapped to its matching ad group. After a few weeks we keep the design that converts best and fold its winning elements into the others.
